Teaching Faculty

This course is led by Michael Stuart who worked on Wall Street for 20 years in property development. He is a former owner-member of the Real Estate Board of the City of New York. He collaborated and built 45 million dollars of affordable housing during the height of the NYC homeless crises.  He attended the Yale School of Architecture and trained in financial management and accounting at Harvard. He is an IRS-approved teaching specialist in U.S. Tax Court litigation. 

He will be assisted by L.B. Carpenter, CPA Member of the U.S. Tax Court Bar with a federal tax practice in real estate.
