Teaching Faculty

This course is led by IRS Provider and Professor Emeritus, Michael Stuart, who worked on Wall Street for 20 years in property development. He is former owner-member of the Real Estate Board of the City of New York, where he helped to build over 45 million dollars of affordable housing in New York City, during the height of the homeless crises. Professor Stuart is an alumnus of the Yale School of Architecture and a specialist in environmental design. He holds a master's degree, concentrated in international financial management and accounting, and two law degrees. He will be assisted by L.B. Carpenter, CPA Member of the Bar U.S. Tax Court, certified litigator, and Certified Financial Planner.
