Teaching Faculty

This course is led by IRS Provider, Professor Emeritus Michael Stuart, who worked on Wall Street for 20 years in property development. He is former owner-member of the Real Estate Board of the City of New York, where he helped to build over 45 million dollars of affordable housing in New York City, during the height of the homeless crises. He is an alumnus of Yale School of Architecture and a specialist in environmental design. He holds a Master's degree from Harvard in international relations, with specializations in international financial management and accounting.

Professor Stuart will be assisted by Counsel L.B. Carpenter, CPA Member of the Bar U.S. Tax Court, Certified U.S. Tax Court Litigator, and Certified Financial Planner.
